Romantic Ride Specials

Looking for the perfect date idea for that special someone? Want a unique idea for Valentines Day, a birthday, or an anniversary? A FUN idea, a ROMANTIC idea?  

What better way to celebrate than a date on horseback?

Perfect for the holidays, a creative proposal idea, or just because!

You've seen it in the movies, on TV, and it's in all the fairy tales- why not bring it to life for one amazing date together?

We offer two options for your enchanting date:

"Simple Romance" Ride

Arrive ready to ride and enjoy your time in the saddle together.  On this one hour date your horses will be ready for you to hop on! You will get just enough of a lesson to feel comfortable in the saddle, then share some time riding together, make some memories, and walk away from your out-of-the-ordinary date having learned something new together. Maybe it's the first time that you've shared this, maybe it's the first time in years. . .

Your Date Includes:

• • Horses ready for you to ride upon arrival

  • 40-45 minutes of learning to ride together in a laid-back, enjoyable atmosphere

  • A short trail ride through the beautiful Prado Park

  • A picnic table waiting for you with Martinelli's (or bring your own beverage) and chocolate-covered strawberries

"Romantic Adventure" Ride

Surprising an animal lover or horse enthusiast? Allow for more time to bond with your horse- learn to lead and groom, and even saddle and bridle your own horse! Spend a bit more time being able to learn the mechanics of riding, while still enjoying your time together, and capturing a few photos holding hands on horseback. . . Use this hour and a half date to change things up and be adventurous with your partner, get your hands a little dirty, learn something new, and have a little fun!

Your Date Includes:

• Introduction to your horses, allowing you to handle them yourselves

• Learning to groom your horses together, and instruction on how to saddle and bridle them yourselves

• 40-45 minutes of learning to ride together with friendly, laid back, professional instruction

• A short trail ride through the beautiful Prado Park 

• A picnic table waiting for you with Martinelli's (or your own beverage) and chocolate-covered strawberries

Date rides will be available year round, but outside of our Valentine's Day Special days, regular lessons will take priority and our schedule is VERY limited.

Times of day vary depending upon day requested. Morning, lunch, and afternoons all possible depending on availability.

*Night rides are available, but trails will NOT be open after dark
